Ambrell to Exhibit at EPRI Electrification Virtual Summit

Featured Image

Electrification 2020

Ambrell will exhibit at the Electric Power Research Institute's (EPRI) Electrification Virtual Conference. It will be held October 19-23 and will offer opportunities for extended networking, interactive sessions, and educational and informational exchanges. Registration for the conference is complimentary.

Ambrell will have a "virtual booth" at the summit where attendees can view literature, watch videos, and download educational pieces regarding induction heating. Additionally, Ambrell will have representatives available for virtual chats. Be sure to ask about complimentary virtual parts testing from THE LAB at Ambrell.

Companies implement induction heating for numerous reasons. It offers localized heating that only heats the portion of the part that requires it, which can save time and energy while also enhancing part quality. With a flame or an oven, the entire part often ends up getting heated. Induction also uses electric as its energy source, can be turned on and off quickly, and only uses energy when the part needs to be heated. Finally, it delivers rapid heating that can boost throughput.
