How is water flow and pressure monitored?

Flow switches

The amount of water flowing through your workheads must be monitored, since inadequate flow or loss of cooling water can result in damage to the equipment. Additionally, the internal pressure of the workhead capacitor is monitored (if equipped).

Flow-switches are part of the system, providing two-wire (N.O.) signals to the power supply for monitoring. When flow or pressure are acceptable, the switches close; when flow or pressure do not meet requirements, the switches open and the power supply senses it, halts RF power and indicates Fault status on the display.
