What is the effect of dirty coolant water on an induction system?

Dirty coolant water reduces the cooling capacity of the water itself.

Dirty coolant water reduces the cooling capacity of the water itself. If we design the process and require a certain level of cooling from the cooling water, dirty cooling water like impurities in that water will reduce that cooling efficiency, that is one common disadvantage of having impurities in the water. Secondly, there are a lot of small flow paths inside the induction heating setup and if the impurities are sizable enough, they may actually collect inside these small tubes and form a blockage. Any blockage of water path or reduction in the water path will then cause the induction machines or the induction setup to fail.
