We are writing to inform you of an important development regarding Ambrell's European operations.
As part of an ongoing initiative to strengthen our ability to serve customers throughout Europe, Ambrell will be relocating its European applications laboratory and operations from Hengelo, the Netherlands, to our sister company’s facility in Milan, Italy. The transition is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
Alfamation is an established InTest facility with significant engineering, manufacturing, and customer support capabilities. By bringing our European operations together in Milan, we will create a stronger center of excellence that allows us to better leverage technical
resources, improve responsiveness, and continue delivering the high level of service and application support our customers expect.
Importantly, this relocation will not affect our commitment to supporting your business.
Throughout the transition:

Existing customer contacts will remain available.

Sales and application engineering support will continue.

Service, training, and application testing capabilities will be maintained.

Order processing and product support will continue.
Our objective is to make this transition seamless for our customers while creating a stronger long-term foundation for supporting the European market.
