The parts are pre-brazed and black flux is applied. Braze pre-form rings are applied and the assembly is placed within the induction heating coil. Induction heat is applied and the entire assembly is brazed in about 35 seconds. The coil does not get hot, but it induces a current to flow in the assembly. Friction from that current elevates the temperature of the assembly!
