Shrink Fitting a Gear and Shaft

Using an Ambrell EASYHEAT 2 kW induction heating video, a gear is heated to temperature. At temperature, it'll expand enough for a shaft to be inserted. Once the gear cools, it'll shrink back to size and the shaft will be secure.
