Our induction heaters convert AC line power to a higher frequency alternating current, delivering it over a specially-designed cable to a workhead containing a bank of capacitors and a custom-designed work coil. This combination employs the principle of resonance to create an electromagnetic field within the coil to efficiently deliver energy to your workpiece.

EASYHEAT Workheads
Include the induction heating power supply and workhead. An induction coil is attached to the workhead. The EASYHEAT system operates in series resonance, so the EASYHEAT workheads are all configured for series resonance operation and built with capacitors specifically selected to operate over the operating band of the power supply and capable of delivering the rated power to the part being heated.
Each of the EASYHEAT workheads have a high-efficiency, low-emission multi-tap transformer, used for impedance matching to the induction coil and workpiece.
EKOHEAT Workheads
Include the EKOHEAT power supply and workhead to which the induction coil is attached. The EKOHEAT system operates in parallel resonance. So the EKOHEAT workheads are all configured for parallel resonance and built with capacitors specifically selected to operate over the operating band of the power supply and capable of delivering the rated power to the part being heated.
