Ambrell Corporation Awarded ISO-9001:2015 Certification

Ambrell Corporation, an inTEST Company and leading manufacturer of innovative induction heating solutions worldwide, announced today it has received certification under the ISO-9001:2015 quality standards by the International Organization for Standardization. The certification was awarded to Ambrell’s global headquarters and manufacturing facility located in Rochester, NY, USA.

Ambrell completed the audit in early August for ISO-9001:2015, which is the most updated standard of its kind internationally. The audit ensures compliance with stringent performance and quality management systems and demonstrates Ambrell’s capabilities to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The audit was performed by the Preferred Registrar Group, Inc., of Madison Heights, MI. Transitioning from Ambrell’s previous certification under ISO-9001:2008, every department participated and all processes were examined for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. At the completion of the audit, Ambrell passed with zero nonconformances – the best result obtainable.

Tony Mazzullo, President of Ambrell, commented on his company’s audit results by stating, “We are very proud of our organization as they have demonstrated through the rigorous ISO certification requirements a high level of proficiency in managing our quality and operational processes. We feel this is a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.”

Mitch Szydlowski, Director of Operations, added, “The quality management systems we have here at Ambrell play a pivotal role in our ability to design, build and deliver superior induction heating solutions. With this certification, our customers can be assured they will continue to receive highly-reliable products, in-depth application and engineering support as well as master-level field services.”
