inTEST Corporation, an independent designer, manufacturer and marketer of thermal management products and semiconductor automatic test equipment (ATE) interface solutions, has acquired Ambrell Corporation. We are excited to be part of a highly successful, publicly-traded organization with more than 35 years in thermal management products and automatic test equipment solutions.

We will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of inTEST Corporation. Our global teams and partners in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific remain the same. Our company name, Ambrell, will remain as it is today. However, we will have access to the resources that come with a larger organization with an outstanding track record.
