Ambrell is pleased to continue its support of the International Wire and Machinery Association (IWMA) through its ongoing membership. The IWMA is a global community that shares knowledge and expertise to progress and provide innovation within the international wire and cable industry. It was founded in 1970 and is a non-profit organization.

Induction is often used for wire heating applications including coating curing, preheating prior to extruding, various heat treatment (annealing, hardening, tempering, stress relieving), forming and forging to name a few. THE LAB at Ambrell offers free parts testing to ensure clients get the right system for their wire heating application. Benefits of induction for wire heating include speed, precise heating and control.
